The logo symbolizes harmony of the head, heart and hands, the three domains that need to be developed by educators in order to bring about a synthesis that results in the formation of a complete individual.

It means to be competitive with a progressive mind but at the same time preserve their hearts in being a loving, sympathetic, accommodative yet a strong individual.
